Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¾ scoop vanilla whey isolate protein powder*
- ¼ cup full-fat Greek or Skyr yogurt, plain
- 1 tsp. Gaia vanilla chai maca powder**
- 1 tsp. honey, raw and unfiltered
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 medium frozen banana
- Ice cubes
- Cinnamon, for garnish
* We used BlueBonnet 100% all-natural whey isolate, vanilla creme flavor.
**If you have regular maca powder, then you can add 1 tsp. maca powder and ¼ tsp. cinnamon, ¼ tsp. ground ginger and a dash of each of the following: allspice, cloves and cardamom.
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a high-power blender.
- Pulse until smooth.
