In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of enrollment, Born Fitness will refund the full price you paid upon request.
Simply contact our support team at info (at) bornfitness.com and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following the purchase and all refunds are discretionary. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not refund within 30 days, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
Note: If Customer has elected pay in full or monthly installments, Customer must request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and Customer is responsible for full payment of fees, regardless of whether Customer selected to pay in full or monthly payments, or completes the program. All payments must be made on a timely basis.
