Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place radishes on sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes (or until tender enough can poke with a fork).
  5. Remove from oven to add corn.
  6. Return radish and corn mixture to oven for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve it up.
